Margot's leadership skills are well known in the civic and professional communities.
She has served as a Board of Directors member and President for the Human Resource Association of Central Connecticut, a member of the Society for Human Resource Management. She is a charter member and current President of the Human Resource Leadership Association of Eastern Connecticut and Vice President of the National Cancer Awareness Foundation. She also leads Professional Development committee for the Connecticut Women in Health Care Management.
Margot M. Larson is the founder and principal of Management Alternative, LLC, a consulting practice providing solutions for business growth. Prior to founding Management Alternative in 1990, Margot was a Director for a printing and publishing firm in Connecticut and has held several HR related positions in Connecticut and in the Province of Quebec, Canada.
